	Eileen Ruth Froese, age 88, of Pinckneyville, passed away Monday evening, April 18, 2005 at 10:05 p.m. in the Rosewood Care Center, Swansea.
	Eileen was born Jan 25, 1917 in Renchler, the daughter of Charles and Minnie (Hagbom) Wolff.  She was united in marriage to Reverend Paul Froese, November 13, 1937 in Belleville and he preceded her in death on April 17, 2002.  Eileen was a homemaker and a member of the First Pentecostal Church in Pinckneyville where she and her husband co-founded the Pinckneyville Christian Academy.  Eileen was actively involved in the Academy for 20 years. 
	Eileen is survived by two sons, Reverend Paul G. Froese and wife Marsha of Wapella, Ill., John Froese and wife Brenda of Belleville, three daughters, Ruth Dehne of Belleville, Marie Sawyer and husband Alan of Pinckneyville, and Debby Fritchey and husband Verlin also of Pinckneyville, four sisters, Virginia Smith and husband Leonard, Lenore Wolff, Shirley Herbert, and Lorene Wolff all of Belleville, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren, and a sister-in-law, Lucille Wolff of Belleville.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and infant daughter, Elizabeth, a brother, George, sister,  Evelyn Kohlbrecher, and a son-in-law, Harold Dehne.
	Funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2005 at the First Pentecostal Church of Pinckneyville at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will be in the Lakeview Memorial Garden Cemetery, Fairview Heights.
	Friends may call at the First Pentecostal Church in Pinckneyville on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and again on Saturday morning from 8:00 a.m. until Services.
	Memorials may be made to the Illinois District Campground, Wapella, Ill.
